基于地感线圈的车辆驶入检测电路设计及仿真

摘要: 交通物联网领域存在对道路车流信息监测的业务需求,将地感线圈布设于道路上可以感知车辆驶入的信息,为交通物联网提供初始数据。针对地感线圈工作场景,阐述了地感线圈工作原理。在此基础上,设计了一种基于地感线圈的车辆驶入检测信号的电路。该信号采集电路主要由调谐振荡电路、波形整形电路、微处理器等部分组成,介绍了各模块的设计要点。通过PSpice软件仿真表明该电路可有效采集地感线圈状态值变化,从而检测车辆驶入,在交通物联网领域具有较高的实用价值和应用前景。

Design and simulation of vehicle entry detection circuit based on ground induction coil

Abstract: In the field of traffic Internet of Things, there is a business demand for road traffic flow information monitoring. The ground sensing coil is arranged on the road to sense the information of vehicles entering and provide initial data for the traffic Internet of Things. According to the working scene of ground induction coil, the working principle of ground induction coil is described. On this basis, a circuit of vehicle entry detection signal based on ground induction coil is designed. The signal acquisition circuit is mainly composed of tuning oscillation circuit, waveform shaping circuit and microprocessor. The design points of each module are introduced. PSpice software simulation shows that the circuit can effectively collect the state value change of ground sensing coil, so as to detect vehicle entry. It has high practical value and application prospect in the field of traffic Internet of Things.

0 引言

    随着互联网、云计算等技术的发展,物联网被广泛应用于交通行业[1]。根据不同的应用场景,有各式各样的传感器来满足其应用需求。常见的交通物联网传感器包括射频识别类传感器、红外线感知类传感器、GNSS卫星定位类传感器[2]、激光扫描类传感器以及地磁感应类传感器。其中,地感线圈由于成本低、检测精度较高、工程安装便捷等特点,具有较好的适用性[3]。当前的研究多集中在以地感线圈作为传感器的系统级别研究,针对地感线圈信号采集电路设计不多。可采用微型地感线圈,用于为交通流量调查系统提供车流量数据[4];同一车道布设两个地感线圈可以进行车辆车速的测量[5]。可以利用地感线圈作为基础信号感知的输入源,与交通信号灯进行联控,继而实现了交通信号灯的智能化控制[6]。在交通治超领域,可以将地感线圈同称重传感器结合,作为动态称重(Weigh In Motion,WIM)系统的一部分,实现车辆的动态称重[7]

    基于此,本文对地感线圈工作原理进行了分析,在此基础上进行地感线圈信号的采集电路设计,并通过PSpice软件仿真,对设计的电路进行了验证,可为交通物联网领域的应用起到参考与借鉴作用。
