量子通信与ICT体系融合分析和标准化趋势综述

摘要: 标准化在支撑产业发展、促进科技进步中具有基础性、引领性作用,同时也为行业发展研究提供了新的视角。基于国内外量子保密通信标准成果和进展,结合重大基础设施、关键应用的实践和新一代ICT技术的需求,探讨分析了量子通信与ICT体系融合的特征,并发现量子通信与5G、云平台、物联网等关键ICT技术的融合是未来重要发展趋势,特别在量子通信与ICT技术融合实践已经呈现领先于标准进展的趋势下,急需优化标准布局,推动相关场景应用,促进量子通信这一未来产业的发展。

Overview of the integration analysis and standardization trends of quantum communication and ICT systems

Abstract: Standardization plays a fundamental and leading role in supporting industrial development and promoting progress of science and technology. It also provides a new perspective for research in industry development. Based on domestic and international achievements and advancements in quantum secure communication standards and combined with the practical applications of major infrastructure, applications, and the demands of next-generation ICT technologies, this paper explores and analyzes the characteristics of the integration of quantum communication and the ICT system and observes that the integration of quantum communication with key ICT technologies such as 5G, cloud platforms, and the IoT is an important trend for future development. Particularly, as the integration of quantum communication and ICT technologies is progressing ahead of the developments of standardization, there is an urgent need to optimize the layouts of standardization, promote relevant scenario applications, and facilitate the development of quantum communication as a future industry.

引言

2022年10月,瑞典皇家科学院将诺贝尔物理学奖授予法国物理学家阿兰·阿斯佩(Alain Aspect)、美国理论和实验物理学家约翰·弗朗西斯·克劳泽(John F. Clauser)和奥地利物理学家安东·塞林格(Anton Zeilinger),以表彰他们在量子信息科学领域的开创性工作,为基于量子信息的新技术扫清了道路。正如诺贝尔物理学奖科普背景报告所说,“经过多年来的研究和开发,人们正在利用单个粒子系统的量子特性来构建量子计算机,提升测量精度,构建量子网络并建立安全的量子通信。”
