Abstract： Traditionally, since a large number of independent and identically distributed random variables samples cannot be found, the evaluation and analysis of radar power range is a small sample problem. Starting from the radar power range equation, the individual factors closely related to the working state and parameters of the radar itself, as well as the common factors such as target environment, meteorological environment, operation and use that are not related to the radar itself are analyzed. Different factors are processed separately to form a radar power range equation that can connect different radar test data. Also, the crosssectional area data of historical target radar are analyzed and organized to determine their distribution patterns; the distribution pattern of common factors is analyzed based on radar test data; the distribution law of radar power range is determined, and the point estimation and interval estimation of radar power range are given. The experimental analysis show that this method has better advantages compared to other related methods.
