基于Proteus与LabVIEW的智能输液装置的研究与设计

摘要: 传统依靠医护人员或家属查看输液情况的方式,不仅给医护人员和家属带来不便,而且容易出现失误。因此,本研究设计并实现了一种基于Proteus与LabVIEW的智能输液装置。该装置自动检测病人输液情况,当输液管内的液体从有到无时,即输液完成,装置发出报警声并通过ZigBee无线通信,向医护工作站护理人员发出警报通知消息,提醒其尽快换药。经过测试,该装置的液位检测准确率达到99%,报警响应时间小于1 s,能准确对输液情况进行检测并完成报警,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract: Traditional method that relying on medical staff or family members to check the infusion status not only brings about inconvenience, but also makes mistakes easily. Therefore,this study designs and implements an intelligent infusion device based on LabVIEW and Proteus. This device automatically detects the patient′s infusion status. When the liquid level in the infusion tube is decreasing to the end, the infusion is completed. The device emits an alarm sound and sends an alarm notification message to the medical staff at the workstation through the ZigBee wireless communication module, reminding them to change their medication as soon as possible. After test,the device achievs a liquid level detection accuracy of 99% and an alarm response time of less than 1 second, accurately detects the infusion status and alarms, demonstrating significant practical value.

引言

日常生活中,病人在医院接受治疗时,静脉输液是最常见的治疗手段之一,但目前最普遍的输液方式是重力输液法,即将输液瓶或输液袋固定在规定位置,依靠手工操作,医护人员根据病人的实际情况,手动调节输液。该方法存在医护人员人为失误频率较高且工作量繁重的问题。为了降低失误率,减轻医护人员工作压力,利用Proteus和LabVIEW研究设计一种智能输液装置,该装置在输液快结束时,及时发出报警声并通过ZigBee无线通信,提醒医护人员及时更换输液瓶,避免因更换不及时引发安全风险。
