摘要: 电子元器件是构成电子系统的核心基础,其长期储存的可靠性直接决定着电子设备整机性能。从当前社会发展来看,很多行业都对电子设备都提出了严苛要求,所应用的电子设备须在经过长时间储存后,依然保持稳定的运行状态。该研究围绕温度、湿度、光照、电磁干扰等贮存环境因素,材料特性、工艺过程等元器件自身因素,以及贮存时间累积效应,系统分析了影响元器件长期贮存可靠性的关键因素,并从优化贮存环境、改进设计制造工艺、强化包装防护、完善贮存管理与定期检测四方面提出了针对性的提升措施。通过该研究希望能够为电子元器件的长期可靠储存提供实践参考,助力我国现代工业实现高质量发展。

Abstract: Electronic components are the fundamental building blocks of electronic systems, and their reliability during long-term storage is of great significance. From the perspective of current social development, many industries have imposed stringent requirements on electronic equipment, necessitating that the applied devices maintain stable operation even after prolonged storage periods. This research analyzes the factors affecting the long-term storage reliability of electronic components such as tempercoture, humidity, light exposure, EMI, material properties, fabrication process and cumulative effect of storage time and proposes corresponding measures. It is hoped that this work can provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the long-term and reliable storage of electronic components, thereby contributing to the robust, sustainable, and long-term development of China′s modern industry.

引言

电子信息产业里,电子元器件是构成各类电子设备的基础。实际运用时,这类元器件常常要存放许久才会被启用。但在储存阶段,不少因素都可能对它们的可靠性造成干扰,如环境条件、材料本身的特性以及加工流程等。深入探究电子元器件长期储存的可靠性,对保障电子设备的品质与效能具有重要意义[1-4]。
