电厂流量测量装置集成化选型与工程应用

摘要: 为提升电厂热力系统与水系统流量监测的稳定性、精度与集成度,该研究围绕集成电路驱动的流量测量装置展开技术探析,以多参数一体化传感、专用计量芯片、高速信号处理与抗干扰集成电路为技术主线,构建面向锅炉给水、蒸汽、循环水等典型介质的集成化选型体系。通过芯片级信号调理、同步采集与原位补偿技术,降低现场干扰与管路条件对测量的影响,给出一体化节流式、超声式、电磁式装置的硬件架构与工程部署要点,提出配套芯片选型、接口设计与标定方法。

Abstract: To enhance the stability, accuracy and integration of flow monitoring in the thermal and water systems of power plants, this paper conducts a technical analysis centered on integrated flow measurement devices driven by integrated circuits. With multi-parameter integrated sensing, dedicated measurement chips, high-speed signal processing and anti-interference integrated circuits as the technical mainlines, an integrated selection system for typical media such as boiler feed water, steam and circulating water is constructed. Through chip-level signal conditioning, synchronous acquisition and in-situ compensation technologies, the influence of on-site interference and pipeline conditions on measurement is weakened. The hardware architecture and engineering deployment key points of integrated orifice-type, ultrasonic and electromagnetic devices are presented, suggesting the chip selection, interface design and calibration methods.

引言

电厂流量测量覆盖锅炉给水、主再热蒸汽、凝结水、循环水、燃料气等关键回路,是机组能效核算、控制调节与安全保护的基础依据。传统分立型测量装置存在信号传输损耗大、温压补偿不同步、布线复杂、抗干扰能力弱等问题,难以满足高参数机组高精度、高可靠监测需求[1]。以专用SoC、TDC、高速ADC与FPGA为核心的集成电路技术,为流量测量的微型化、一体化、智能化提供底层支撑。
