摘要: 该文为解决传统一体化污水处理设备运行效率低、监控不及时、运维成本高等问题,开展了基于一体化污水处理设备的智能电气系统设计与物联网监控平台开发研究。在对一体化污水处理设备进行简单介绍后,结合智能控制技术与物联网技术,重点进行基于一体化污水处理设备的智能电气系统设计和物联网监控平台开发。通过系统测试,说明基于一体化污水处理设备的智能电气系统与物联网监控平台设计的有效性,以期为污水处理行业的可持续发展提供技术保障,进一步提升一体化污水处理设备的运行效率、可靠性与智能化水平。

Abstract: To address issues of low operating efficiency, untimely monitoring, and high operation and maintenance cost in traditional integrated wastewater treatment equipment, this study conducts intelligent electrical system design and the development of an Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring platform for integrated wastewater treatment equipment. After a brief introduction to integrated wastewater treatment devices, it combines intelligent control technology with IoT technology, focusing on the design of an intelligent electrical system for integrated wastewater treatment equipment and the development together with the design of an IoT-based monitoring platform for such equipment. Through system testing, the effectiveness of the intelligent electrical system and IoT monitoring platform design based on integrated wastewater treatment equipment is demonstrated. It is hoped to provide technical support for the sustainable development of the wastewater treatment industry and further improve the operating efficiency, reliability, and level of intelligence of integrated wastewater treatment equipment.

引言

近年来,我国城市化进程不断加快,工业生产与居民生活产生的污水排放量持续增长,这使得对污水处理的需求日益迫切。一体化污水处理设备因具有占地面积小、安装便捷、处理效率高等优势,正在被广泛用于中小城镇、工业园区及农村社区等场景中[1]。但传统一体化污水处理设备的电气系统多采用人工现场控制模式,运行状态还需要人工巡检来实现,因此无法实时掌握液体、流量、溶解氧浓度等设备运行参数,容易导致处理效果不稳定,故障发现不及时,因而造成故障处理比较滞后、设备损坏或污水超标排放[2]等问题。尤为关键的是,传统模式下缺乏远程监测与控制功能,无法实现对设备运行状态的远程实时掌控和操作干预,也不支持运行参数的远程修改,如当处理水质出现波动时,运维人员需赶赴现场才能调整溶解氧设定值、药剂投加比例、水泵启停阈值等关键参数,这不仅耗时费力,更会错过最佳调控时机。此外,由于缺乏统一的监控管理平台,难以实现多设备协同运行与远程运维。为此,开发基于一体化污水处理设备的智能电气系统设计与物联网监控平台很有必要。
