    随着用电设备的增加,电线和插座也随之大量制造和使用,造成大量物质和能源的消耗,导致环境污染。传统电能传输采用有线传输方式,但在很多场合并不适用,如深海作业机器人、心脏起搏器、磁悬浮列车等[1-3]。电能无线传输一直是人类的梦想,国内外科学家在此领域进行了不断的研究与探索。
    目前,无线电能传输主要有三种方式[4-5]:(1)微波电能传输方式。该方式利用无线电波收发原理,通过对载波进行调制与解调实现传输电能,传输功率只能在几毫瓦至一百毫瓦之间,应用范围不大;(2)电磁感应无线电能传输方式。该方式利用变压器原副边耦合原理,通过交变电场和磁场传输电能,传输功率大、效率高,但距离很近,仅在1 cm内,目前已在轨道交通等方面应用;(3)谐振耦合电能无线传输方式,它是前两种的综合方式。该方式利用电路中电感电容谐振原理传输电能,理论上电能的传输功率、传输距离不受限制。
     本文提出了一种基于电磁耦合阵列定位的无线电能传输技术,并在此基础上完成了对该装置的研制。实验表明,通过微处理器完成对环形电磁耦合阵列线圈与接收线圈耦合度的检测,控制只对耦合度最高的线圈供电,使得用电设备无论处于何种方向,总有一个发送线圈与用电设备的接收线圈接近于全耦合,保证了电能传输的高效率。
1 谐振耦合模型
     为了便于分析谐振耦合过程的发生,本文仅取一组发生谐振耦合的收发线圈LS与LD进行等效电路分析。由于功率发送设备采用的均为高频信号发射[6],所以收发线圈的寄生电阻和电容是不可忽视的,其等效模型如图1所示。其中D表示收发线圈之间的距离,M表示收发线圈之间的互感系数。


    本文提出的基于电磁耦合阵列定位的无线电能传输技术,在设计中加入了由多个发送线圈组成的电磁耦合阵列,再经控制系统搜索耦合程度最大的线圈,从而锁定由该线圈独立供电,使无线电能传输过程中的效率始终保持最高。
2 电磁耦合阵列定位
    基于电磁耦合阵列定位的无线电能传输装置整体结构设计如图2所示。通过微处理器控制电磁耦合阵列中每个线圈单独供电并检测供电电流,由微处理器搜索到耦合程度最大的线圈从而锁定由该线圈独立供电。接收线圈通过电磁感应接收能量,并通过桥式整流器给用电设备供电。电磁耦合阵列由多个发送线圈组成,其空间结构如图3所示。


    微处理器完成数据采集与控制指令的发出,电磁耦合阵列与接收线圈之间形成电磁耦合,接收线圈通过桥式整流器将接收到的交流信号进行整流。A/D转换器将整流后的直流电压送入微处理器进行分析与处理,最后由微处理器送出控制指令。电磁耦合阵列电气连接图如图4所示。

 

 

    在整个系统中,能量的损耗主要包括线圈、开关损耗及电磁耦合过程中的磁泄漏。可以通过软件控制合适的载波频率和合适的死区时间来减小开关损耗,耦合损耗是系统能耗的主要部分,因为磁场传输介质中包括磁导率很低的空气磁路段,造成感应效率较低[8]。本系统在电磁耦合阵列中输入10 kHz~40 kHz的高频信号传输磁场和发送能量。多个发送线圈采用水平的环形排列,使得任何用电设备在任何位置,朝任何方向,总有一个发送线圈与用电设备的接收线圈接近于全耦合。耦合阵列的每个线圈回路通过串联一个1:50的变压器对回路电流进行采样,经整流及电容平缓后用CPLD检测采样耦合电压来反映此线圈的发送功率,并输出控制信号调整线圈关断,从而使耦合效率达到最高。图3所示的电磁耦合阵列可以为多个,不同的电磁耦合阵列按不同的高度设置,可增加用电设备获取电能的灵活性,即用电设备在不同的高度和不同的方向,都能最大限度地获取电能,提高了电能的利用效率。
3 系统的设计与实现
3.1 电能传输主回路

    主电路如图5所示,驱动电路将方波信号送入由发送线圈、MOS管Q4、电容C2及变压器T1构成初级线圈,初级线圈把能量耦合发送给次级线圈,通过匝数比为1:500的变压器T1进行电压放大,后经二极管D3,D4、D5及D6构成桥式整流电路整流和C3平滑,所获得的直流电压送至供电设备。驱动电路采用9V直流电源供电,当方波信号为高电平时,三极管Q1导通,Q1的VCE较小,以致三极管Q2、Q3均截止。因此MOS管Q4的栅极处于高阻状态(MOS管Q4处于截止状态),即电子开关不导通,发送线圈不能往外发送电能。方波为低电平时,三极管Q1截止,Q1的C极处为高电平,此时,三极管Q2、Q3均导通。因此MOS管Q4的栅极处于高电平,则MOS管Q4处于导通状态,即电子开关导通,发送线圈往外发送电能。

3.2 电磁耦合阵列定位控制回路
       控制电路选用如图6所示的单片机与CPLD的控制方式。单片机完成控制与显示功能,CPLD完成数据采集与分析。选用精度为8 bit、实时采样频率为5 MS/s的AD7822芯片,对呈环形矩阵排列的原边各线圈电流值进行采集。CPLD选用MAXII系列的EPM240芯片完成对A/D转换后数据的存储器分析,并将数据反馈给单片机。单片机采用AT89S52完成对环形电磁耦合阵列线圈与接收线圈耦合度的分析,只对耦合度最高的线圈供电,使得用电设备无论处于何方向,总有一个发送线圈与用电设备的接收线圈接近于全耦合,并显示传输效率。

4 实验结果
     本系统通过频率为32.89 kHz方波信号发送能量,在接收端加一个100 ?赘假负载完成了无线电能传输装置实验结果的测量,其结果如表1所示。实验结果验证了基于电磁耦合阵列定位的无线电能传输方案的可行性,当接收端距离发射端4.5 cm时仍然能够从发射端接收到20 mW的功率,电能传输效率很高。
    在设计过程中,CPLD能够有效地锁定发射阵列线圈,传输效率最大的线圈组合,可以发出最合适的载波频率,进行功率传输。当发射线圈的电感量发生微小变化时,传输效率大大减小,而接收线圈的电感变化对传输效率影响并不明显。在此基础上,实验结果证明,采用电磁感应阵列的方案,用电器无论在何方位都能以最大效率获得发送端送来的电能,从而解决了耦合电能无线传输中,由于电磁场方向的不确定性导致耦合因子低下的问题。
