智协作机器人电控系统的集成电路解决方案

摘要: 为满足智协作机器人对高实时性、高集成度与高可靠性的要求,该研究构建了集成电路解决方案。方案围绕感知单元、主控单元、驱动单元、通信单元开展集成电路设计。在此基础上,通过系统级封装与电磁兼容设计完成集成。实验表明,该方案可显著提升系统实时性、集成度与可靠性,有效突破了现有技术局限,为智协作机器人小型化与高效化发展提供技术支撑。

Abstract: To meet the requirements of high real-time performance, high integration and high reliability for intelligent collaborative robots, this paper constructs an integrated circuit solution. The solution carries out integrated circuit design, focusing on the perception unit, main control unit, drive unit and communication unit. On this basis, integration is completed through system-level packaging and electromagnetic compatibility design. Experiments show that this solution can significantly improve the real-time performance, integration and reliability of the system, effectively breaking through the limitations of the existing technologies, and providing technical support for the miniaturization and efficient development of intelligent collaborative robots.

引言

随着工业自动化与服务智能化升级,智协作机器人因性能多样、人机协同性强、智能水平高等特点,在装配、医疗、仓储等领域得到了愈加广泛的应用。电控系统是智协作机器人的重要载体,其在很大程度上影响机器人运行效能,而集成电路为电控系统的运行提供关键支撑。但目前的方案面临多模块协同兼容性差、复杂环境抗干扰能力薄弱、功耗与精度难以平衡等挑战。为提高智协作机器人性能,有必要构建智协作机器人电控系统的集成电路解决方案,来突破集成电路设计难题。
