基于国产化FPGA的智能变电站合并单元同步采样系统研究

摘要: 为提升智能变电站关键设备的自主安全水平,解决合并单元对高精度时间同步和多通道同步采样的工程需求,该研究围绕国产化FPGA开展同步采样系统研究,构建了基于国产FPGA的合并单元总体架构,设计采样控制逻辑、时间同步模块与SV报文封装机制,建立多时钟域管理与数据对齐方案,并对系统同步精度与实时性能进行实验验证。测试结果表明,所设计系统在采样一致性、时间戳精度和网络传输稳定性方面满足智能变电站应用要求,研究成果验证了国产FPGA在高可靠电力二次设备中的工程适用性,为核心芯片国产化和智能变电站关键装置自主化建设提供技术支撑。

Research on a synchronous sampling system for smart substation merging units based on domestic FPGA

Abstract: In order to enhance the autonomous controllability of key equipment in smart substations and to address the engineering requirements of high-precision time synchronization as well as multi-channel synchronous sampling in merging units, this paper investigates a synchronous sampling system based on domestically developed FPGA devices. A system architecture for the merging unit is established using a domestic FPGA platform, incorporating sampling control logic, a time synchronization module, and an SV frame encapsulation mechanism. A multi-clock domain management scheme and data alignment strategy are developed, and experimental validation of synchronization accuracy and real-time performance is carried out. The results indicate that the proposed system meets application requirements in terms of sampling consistency, timestamp accuracy, and network transmission stability in smart substations. The study confirms the engineering feasibility of domestic FPGAs in high-reliability power secondary equipment and provides technical support for core chip localization and the independent development of key smart substation devices.

引言

智能变电站以数字化采样和网络化传输为核心特征,合并单元承担着电压、电流数据集中采集与发布任务,其同步采样精度直接影响继电保护与测控系统的动作可靠性,高端FPGA长期依赖进口制约了关键设备的自主化进程,核心器件安全可控问题日益凸显。国产化FPGA性能持续提升,为构建高精度同步采样系统提供了技术基础,围绕国产FPGA开展合并单元同步采样系统研究,对于提升电力二次设备自主安全能力和工程应用水平具有现实意义。
